The characteristics of:
The intelligent temperature regulator has the function of overtemperature protection. During the operation of the equipment, if the temperature in the working room exceeds the set temperature value, the overtemperature protection circuit will act and cut off the heating circuit.
The electric vacuum drying oven can keep a certain vacuum degree in the working room, and the intelligent digital temperature regulator is used to set, display and control the temperature. The temperature regulator uses computer technology to collect and process the temperature signal in the working room, and the temperature in the working room can be kept constant automatically. The temperature control system is P.I.D intelligent temperature control, reliable performance, easy to use.
Compared with conventional drying techniques, it has the following advantages:
1. The vacuum environment greatly reduces the boiling point of the liquid to be removed, so vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive substances;
2. For samples that are not easy to dry, such as powder or other granular samples, vacuum drying method can effectively shorten the drying time;
3. All kinds of mechanical parts or other porous samples with complex structure shall be cleaned by vacuum drying method, leaving no residual material after completely drying;
4. Safer use ---- under vacuum or inert conditions, completely eliminate the possibility of oxide heat explosion;
5. Compared with ordinary drying which relies on air circulation, powdered samples will not be blown or moved by flowing air;
Control features: with power failure, crash state data loss and protection of parameter memory, call recovery function.
